Collection Attorneys USA or CA/USA is a collective trade name of a national legal practice, the practicing entities of which are separate and distinct law firms and other entities.

Any reference to Collection Attorneys USA or CA/USA shall be construed as a reference to one or more such entities that may lawfully engage in the practice of law in any given state or court in the name of their own, more particular entity name.

The particular entity name Collection Attorneys USA LLC shall refer to Collection Attorneys USA LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio with attorneys licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Texas and various federal courts nationally.
